ANOTHER GRAND DAY OUT.......
........The Brandywine Music Charity Event
The Absolute Bowie gig on Saturday 25th February is actually the climax to a whole day of music and other events that Brandywine Music are organising as a charity fundraiser, on behalf of Hospices of Hope, Help for Heroes and The Stag Community Arts Centre. The full programme, which includes free live music throughout the day, a beer festival, folk singing and Morris Dancing, is set out below. Put this date in your diary and please do come along and support our efforts. We promise you, you'll have Another Grand Day Out and every penny raised will go to support these worthy charities. We want to see lots and lots of you there!!!
THE STAG THEATRE - Doors 11.15am
FREE Live Music all day (45 mins each)
THE PLAZA SUITE - Doors 10.45am
BEER Festival – opens 11am / closes 7pm
FREE Acoustic music all day (45 Mins each)

Morris Dancing outside the Post Office; Plaxtol Bakery and The Royal Oak at various times throughout the day, followed by a "Mass Dance" of all morris sides (plus anyone who wants to join in) at 3.30pm. So far, we have confirmed: - Gong Scourers; Marlings and Loose Women
Folk sing-a-round hosted by John Barden and Don Thompson - 11am to 11pm. Come along and play or sing, or just to listen. Everyone is welcome, regardless of their playing or singing ability. Just come and join in some great, traditional, folk in a traditional British pub!!
